Neil Zeghidour: The entrepreneur aiming to make keyboards history with voice AI
Neil Zeghidour, a French researcher of Algerian descent, is spearheading a digital shift through his company, Gradium, with the goal of replacing the traditional keyboard with voice-driven interfaces. Having previously co-founded the research lab Kyutai, Zeghidour is now focusing on creating highly adaptable AI voice models. His platform allows developers to generate human-like assistants with specific accents and tones, operating with a minimal latency of 50 milliseconds. Following a successful funding round exceeding $100 million, which included backing from tech giant Nvidia, Gradium is scaling its operations in Silicon Valley to provide businesses and developers with tools for more natural, seamless human-computer interaction.
