The High Commission for Amazighity (HCA) is set to participate in the 29th Algiers International Book Fair (SILA) in 2026, presenting 15 new publications dedicated to heritage, memory, and knowledge. This release follows a decade of editorial work aimed at promoting Algeria's linguistic and cultural diversity. The new collection features three key reference books based on scientific events: the first addresses the role of the Amazigh language in the national legal framework, the second explores Amazigh manuscripts written in Arabic script, and the third focuses on the "Culture of Resistance," stemming from a seminar marking the 70th anniversary of the Soummam Congress.
