Following directives from the Minister of Health, Professor Mohamed Seddik Aït Messaoudene, a mobile medical clinic was launched on Sunday evening, August 30, 2026, from the Central Pharmacy of Hospitals towards wildfire-affected areas, specifically the wilaya of Jijel. This initiative aims to provide essential healthcare and psychological support to citizens in the impacted regions, enhancing local medical coverage. The Ministry announced that additional mobile medical convoys will be deployed in the coming days to ensure consistent care, underscoring its ongoing commitment to coordinating with various services to assist the affected population.
