Former MC Alger head coach Patrice Beaumelle has highlighted the vital importance of home victories for the club during the African Champions League group stage. Beaumelle stated that the team finds itself in a challenging group, which he views as a great opportunity for the squad to grow by competing against strong opposition. To secure qualification, the coach emphasized that the team must win all matches held on their home ground while also striving to secure positive results in away fixtures. He further noted that the prior experience of most current players in this continental tournament serves as a significant advantage for the team.
