On Wednesday, October 7, the French satellite operator Eutelsat announced the renewal of its partnership with Télédiffusion d’Algérie (TDA). This agreement ensures that Algerian television channels will continue to reach viewers across the Middle East and North Africa by utilizing the 7/8° West orbital slot. As the sole provider of broadcasting services in Algeria, TDA leverages this partnership to distribute content to an estimated 70 million households in the region. According to Eutelsat's regional sales director, this long-standing strategic cooperation guarantees the necessary quality and reliability for the broadcast of Algerian media to its international audience.
