Algerian international Ramiz Zerrouki played a key role in FC Twente's historic 9-0 away win against Excelsior during the eleventh round of the Dutch Eredivisie. The midfielder scored his team's eighth goal from a penalty spot in the 71st minute, marking his second goal of the season. This result moved Twente up to third place in the league table with 23 points.
