SEAAL begins water supply disconnections for non-paying customers in Algiers
Since last week, the water utility company SEAAL has launched a campaign to cut off water supply to customers who have failed to pay their bills across Algiers municipalities. The initiative aims to recover outstanding debts and maintain public service standards. Operational teams are performing disconnections after issuing prior notices to delinquent customers. The company stated that the sustainability of water and sanitation services depends on timely payments. SEAAL has urged its customers to settle their financial accounts to avoid disconnections and additional reconnection fees. Payment options include the "Fatourati" platform, the "WAKALATI" application, or setting up a payment schedule for those with significant outstanding balances.
