General Said Chanegriha affirms national unity as a shield against hybrid warfare
Marking the 72nd anniversary of the November 1st Revolution, General Said Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army, declared that national unity serves as a powerful defense against conspiracies. Emphasizing the historical sacrifice of 5.63 million martyrs, he warned of modern "hybrid warfare" tactics, including media manipulation and misinformation. He specifically categorized recent criminal fires in the center and east of the country as deliberate attempts to disrupt national progress, which were countered by the resilience of the people and the military. The General stressed the necessity of upgrading military capabilities to meet the demands of modern warfare and regional security threats, noting that honoring the memory of the past remains the foundation for the ANP’s ongoing mission to protect Algeria's sovereignty.
