Mostaganem: National School Theater Festival kicks off

Minister of National Education, Mohamed-Seghir Sadaoui, inaugurated the 29th National School Theater Festival at the Ould-Abderrahmane-Kaki Theater in Mostaganem. The event, now established as a national competition, is held under the theme "Theater, education, citizenship, and creativity." The Minister highlighted that culture is an essential component of the educational journey, aimed at fostering well-rounded students connected to their national values. He cited strategic decisions by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, including the launch of an arts high school and an arts baccalaureate, as key to nurturing young talent. Featuring 18 theater troupes from 19 provinces, the festival, themed "A homeland that expresses itself," serves as a platform for creative competition.
