Minister Mohamed Hattab demands performance over paperwork in Labor sector

Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Mohamed Hattab, has ordered sector officials to implement precise action plans with measurable objectives and clear deadlines. During a national meeting in Ben Aknoun, the Minister declared that the upcoming phase will prioritize tangible results over administrative reports and excuses. He emphasized that improving public services, resolving pending case files, and increasing field oversight are top priorities. Hattab stated that accountability for officials will be based on their actual performance and the quality of services delivered to citizens. Furthermore, he called for rationalizing financial resources, streamlining social security procedures through digitalization, and enhancing employment services while maintaining social dialogue.
