During the 9th World Investment Forum (WIF 2026) in Doha, Omar Rekkache, Director General of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency, met with Sheikh Ali bin Alwaleed Al-Thani, CEO of Invest Qatar. Attended by the Algerian Ambassador to Qatar, the meeting highlighted the investment climate and incentives available in Algeria, as well as the success of existing bilateral projects. Both parties explored ways to deepen institutional collaboration through experience sharing and the organization of business forums, aiming to facilitate new investment opportunities in strategic sectors.
