Reports from the Polish defense outlet Defence24 have sparked controversy by linking Algerian military flights over Poland to the alleged transport of Russian weaponry. Despite formal denials from the Algerian embassy and confirmation from Polish authorities that the flights were authorized and carried no dangerous goods, the allegations continue to circulate. This situation highlights serious concerns regarding the outlet's editorial methods and its focus on Western military cooperation. The lack of verifiable evidence suggests that these claims are part of a narrative intended to frame Algerian military movements as a security threat to Europe. Given the current geopolitical climate, involving regional tensions and international interference, the promotion of such unsubstantiated claims raises questions about the motives behind attempting to undermine Algeria's sovereign foreign policy and its international reputation.
