Individuals whose names were omitted are invited to submit their appeals within an eight-day window. Designated submission points, including the municipal library and the local sports complex, are open daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Following Executive Decree 08-142, all appeals will be reviewed by a provincial committee to finalize the lists and address any grievances.
