The Jijel provincial director of housing has issued strict instructions to the real estate developer responsible for the 100 subsidized promotion housing project in Bourchaid, El Aouana, to address delays in construction. During a coordination meeting, officials called for an immediate increase in workforce and equipment on-site, alongside the swift resolution of technical issues and connection requirements identified by oversight bodies. Additionally, the department urged beneficiaries of 50 completed units to settle their remaining payments with the developer to ensure the necessary liquidity for final works and facilitate the delivery of keys as soon as possible.
