Prime Minister attends Russia-Africa summit in Moscow
Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui arrived at the Kremlin in Moscow this Thursday, representing President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the third Russia-Africa summit. The forum focuses on establishing strategic cooperation frameworks between Russia and African countries for the next three years. A formal group photo was taken with the attending heads of state and government. As a key partner in Africa, Algeria is actively pursuing major projects including the trans-Saharan highway, the trans-Saharan gas pipeline, and fiber optic connectivity. Algeria is also committed to bolstering regional energy infrastructure, offering its ports to landlocked African nations to facilitate trade, and expanding aerial connectivity to promote continent-wide economic integration.
