The committee includes advisors from the Supreme Court and the Council of State, judges from judicial courts, lawyers, and officials from the central administration. It is granted full authority to conduct its work and may consult with experts in relevant fields. The committee has begun its duties immediately and has been given a four-month deadline to submit its final recommendations.
