Following this result, CR Belouizdad sits at the top of the table with 14 points, tied with MC Oran. USM Alger reached 11 points, placing them fifth, with one postponed match from the sixth round still to be played. USM Alger initially dominated with two goals from Ben Hammouda in the 8th and 28th minutes, but CR Belouizdad managed a comeback with two penalty goals scored by Ramdaoui in the 51st+6th minute and Khaldi in the 56th minute.
