Algeria Weather Alert: Heavy thunderstorms forecasted across 21 provinces

The National Office of Meteorology has issued a weather warning regarding heavy thunderstorms expected this Sunday across 21 provinces in Algeria. A level two alert is in effect until 6:00 PM for the provinces of Béjaïa, Jijel, Annaba, Skikda, and El Tarf, with rainfall accumulations between 20 and 40 mm. Additionally, a level one alert for heavy rain covers the provinces of Algiers, Souk Ahras, Tipaza, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Mila, Oum El Bouaghi, Tébessa, Guelma, Tizi Ouzou, Sétif, Constantine, Khenchela, Naâma, Boumerdès, Bouira, and Blida.
