Chaired by Nigeria's Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ekperikpe Ekpo, the event will gather ministers from member and observer nations alongside international energy representatives. The meeting will address global gas market trends and future forecasts, with a focus on ensuring supply security and balancing the interests of producers and consumers amidst climate transition goals. The forum will unveil key documents, including the 2026 Annual Gas Market Report and the "Global Gas Outlook 2055". This session serves as an opportunity to monitor the implementation of the Algiers Declaration and reinforce cooperation to ensure stability in the global energy landscape.
