New "Takaâdi ALL IN ONE" service launched for retirees
Starting this Monday, the National Retirement Fund has launched the "Takaâdi ALL IN ONE" project across its local branches to enhance access to digital services for retirees and their beneficiaries. The initiative introduces a unified digital window at each agency, where staff provide hands-on guidance, assisting retirees with downloading the "Takaâdi" application, setting up their digital accounts, and navigating online features. Equipped with instructional manuals and QR codes, these stations aim to promote user autonomy, minimize the need for frequent physical visits, and alleviate pressure on front-desk services. This digital transition effort reflects the organization's commitment to improving public service quality and ensuring the needs of retirees are met through accessible digital tools.
