Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, presided over the celebration of Algeria's National Diplomacy Day this Thursday. The occasion aligns with the 81st anniversary of the founding of the United Nations. In his remarks, Attaf highlighted the symbolic significance of the day, noting that it also marks the anniversary of Algeria's accession to the United Nations on October 8, 1962. The ceremony was attended by presidential advisors, representatives of various national bodies and institutions, as well as heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited to Algeria.
