Oran hosts successful conclusion of the 23rd National Youth Modern Music Festival

The 23rd National Festival of Modern Music and Song for Youth wrapped up in Oran after a five-day event held under the theme "I love my country." During the closing ceremony, attended by Oran's Wali, Ibrahim Ouchene, the "Artist" group from Tiaret took first prize, followed by "El Bey" from Oran and "Fen Ahras" from Souk Ahras. Lakhdar Laadjaj, Director of Youth and Sports, highlighted that the event, organized in coordination with the Youth Establishments Office (ODEJ), featured musical competitions, tourist outings, and intergenerational exchanges with professional artists. The festival continues to serve as a key platform for fostering young talent and strengthening civic values.
