The distribution committee of the Kalaat Bou Sbaa district in Guelma announced on Sunday the provisional list of 65 beneficiaries for social housing in the municipality of Nechmaya, following months of field investigations. The committee stated that any applicants who believe they were unfairly treated may submit an appeal to the provincial committee within eight days from the announcement date. This program is aimed at citizens with limited income who cannot afford other housing options. Nechmaya has historically suffered from a housing shortage, despite receiving significant allocations in previous years, including projects funded by the World Bank and high-demand rural housing grants.
