Algiers security forces have successfully dismantled an organized criminal gang specialized in drug trafficking. Four individuals, including one woman, were arrested during the operation overseen by the regional public prosecutor. Authorities seized 1.153 kilograms of cocaine and 18 psychotropic pills. Additionally, investigators confiscated 1,122,500 Algerian dinars, 50 euros, four cars, three motorcycles, bladed weapons, and a speargun used in the illicit activities. The suspects have been presented before the public prosecutor at the Bab El Oued court.
