Tlemcen: Brahim Merad oversees the installation of the new governor

On Saturday, the Minister of State and Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and Regional Planning, Brahim Merad, presided over the official installation of Kamel Nouicer as the new governor of Tlemcen. This appointment is part of the partial reshuffle among the country's governors, ordered by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
