Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Kamal Rezig, has appointed a multi-sectoral committee tasked with designing Algeria's roadmap for international economic events for 2027 and 2028. The session opened with a moment of silence in tribute to the late Boualem Boualem, Chief of Staff to the President. During the meeting, Rezig emphasized the need for a precise strategic approach to market selection, prioritizing the African market. He stressed that Algeria's participation in international exhibitions must move beyond traditional representation to become a practical mechanism for securing commercial contracts and fostering partnerships between Algerian exporters and foreign distributors.
