Cevital group has launched a recruitment campaign targeting fresh agronomy graduates for its large-scale project in Ghardaïa. The company is seeking experts in fields such as plant protection, water science, and agricultural engineering, provided candidates have fulfilled their national service obligations. The project, located on 1,200 hectares in Mansourah, represents a $600 million investment to manufacture 100% Algerian sugar. With initial planting results showing promise, a refinery is expected by 2028. The firm offers professional training, competitive pay, and housing support for new recruits.
