CAF reverts to biennial Africa Cup of Nations format
The CAF Executive Committee has unanimously decided to return to hosting the Africa Cup of Nations every two years. Confederation president Patrice Motsepe stated that this move is designed to protect the interests of African football, its member associations, and professional players, while ensuring faster development and financial contributions.
