Inatel receives official authorization for electronic payment terminal installation
The Algerian electronics manufacturer Inatel, located in Tlemcen, has been officially accredited by the GIE Monétique to install Class V electronic payment terminals (TPE). As part of this new capacity, the firm will provide delivery, installation, and operational support, as well as training services for merchants. This initiative aims to support the national transition toward digital payments. As a subsidiary of the Elec El Djazaïr group, Inatel is expanding its role in the domestic digital landscape while simultaneously growing its presence in Africa, following previous TPE exports to Nigeria and a recent technological partnership agreement in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
