Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellaoui, conducted an inspection of damaged sections along the second ring road connecting Bir Touta to Khemis El Khechna. During his visit, the Minister called for the immediate preparation of an organizational plan to mobilize all necessary resources before the start of maintenance operations. He emphasized the importance of coordinating between contractors, managing traffic flow to minimize public inconvenience, and adhering to strict quality standards and deadlines. Additionally, the Minister inspected the regional headquarters of the Algerian Highways Authority in Khemis El Khechna, where he reviewed advanced surveillance systems and traffic management operations covering the network from Chlef to Bordj Bou Arreridj.
