The suspect used TikTok to livestream footage featuring lewd language, which subsequently went viral on social media. The cybercrime unit identified and located the man following a digital investigation. After his arrest and the seizure of his mobile phone, forensic evidence confirmed the illicit activities. The suspect has been brought before the prosecutor at the Sétif court, facing charges related to capturing and distributing personal videos without authorization, harassing women in a public place, and disseminating obscene content.
