A recent report by the World Intellectual Property Organization, a United Nations agency, has highlighted Algeria's significant performance in education financing, placing it third globally in the composite education index within the framework of integrated education. The findings indicate that public spending on education in the country reaches approximately 9% of its GDP. This reflects the substantial financial resources allocated by the state to support public funding per secondary school pupil relative to GDP per capita, underscoring the high priority placed on developing the educational system and investing in human capital.
