Marking the 65th anniversary of the October 17th Migration Day, the wilaya of Guelma celebrated the occasion by inaugurating several service facilities and launching new development projects. In Aïn Ben Beida, officials opened new school classrooms, named a Civil Protection unit after the late mujahid Djamili Brahim, and opened a local sports field, while also honoring revolutionary families and athlete Djamana Boudouda. The regional delegation also inaugurated a primary school in Beni Mezline, launched a drinking water network renovation project in the Soltani Chabi district of Djebala Khemissi, and opened a renovated post office in the Frères Rahabi neighborhood of Guelma city to improve public service access.
