Official opening of the headquarters of the High Council for the National Scientific Community Abroad in Algiers

The official opening ceremony for the headquarters of the High Council for the National Scientific Community Abroad took place this Monday in Algiers. The inauguration was presided over by the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Abdallah Mendji, alongside the council's coordinator, Professor Elias Zerhouni. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, also attended the proceedings.
