The wilaya of El Oued hosted the second meeting of the joint committee dedicated to the implementation of development recommendations for Algerian-Tunisian border regions on Wednesday. This session follows the inaugural meeting held in Tabarka last year, aligning with the political vision shared by the leaders of both nations. Officials, including representatives from the Ministries of Interior and various regional governors, assessed the progress of joint projects and addressed technical challenges. The participants emphasized the importance of fostering economic growth and promoting industrial partnerships to directly benefit border communities and strengthen the long-standing ties between the two neighboring countries.
