The Confederation of African Football has drawn the groups for the 2026/2027 CAF Confederation Cup. USM Alger, the defending champions, have been drawn into Group D alongside CS Sfaxien (Tunisia), Black Bulls (Mozambique), and AS Real Bamako (Mali). Meanwhile, the status of CR Belouizdad remains subject to a pending decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Should they qualify, they are set to join Group C, which currently features AS Maniema Union (DR Congo), Singida Black Stars (Tanzania), and Red Arrows (Zambia). The group stage is scheduled to commence between November 27 and 29, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the quarterfinals.
