Technical malfunction disrupts service on Algiers Metro Line 1

The Algiers Metro operating company has announced a temporary suspension of service across six stations following a technical failure on Line 1. The affected stations include Mer et Soleil, Amirouche, Les Fusillés, Jardin d'Essais, Hamma, and Aïssat Idir. Operations continue normally between 1er Mai and Place des Martyrs stations, as well as from Haï El Badr toward El Harrach and Aïn Naâdja. Maintenance teams are currently working to resolve the issue, and the company has apologized to passengers for the inconvenience.
