Ministry of Religious Affairs announces themes for the 2nd National Best Sermon Award
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments has defined the focus areas for the second edition of the National Best Sermon Award, established by the ministerial decree of June 4, 2026. The initiative commemorates the 72nd anniversary of the glorious Revolution, along with the landmark dates of November 1, 1954, and July 5, 1962. Key themes include drawing lessons from the war of liberation, honoring the sacrifices of martyrs and veterans, and upholding national unity. Furthermore, the sermons are expected to address modern societal challenges, such as combating drug abuse and extremism, countering rumors, and promoting the values of active citizenship, work ethic, and national stability.
