The Ministry of Youth, in coordination with the UNICEF office in Algeria, has inaugurated a four-day training program centered on 'adolescent toolkit activities for expression and innovation'. The program is designed for 30 participants, including ministry staff and young leader program coordinators, with the goal of strengthening their leadership capabilities and encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit. The training combines theoretical insights with practical workshops, focusing on ten key life skills, communication strategies, and decision-making techniques to improve the mentoring of adolescents. Ramdane Akhlef, a central director at the Ministry, highlighted the commitment to nurturing a creative and conscious generation. Meanwhile, Nawal Abdessamed from UNICEF praised the partnership's effectiveness in empowering youth and building their capacity for responsible leadership.
