Housing: Massive Distribution of Over 133,000 Units Across Algeria to Mark November 1st

Celebrating the 72nd anniversary of the National Liberation Revolution, the Algerian housing sector has initiated a large-scale distribution of 133,780 housing units and subsidies nationwide. Minister Mohamed-Tarek Belaribi announced the commencement of the operation, which includes the delivery of the first AADL 3 units, comprising 3,789 homes across 12 provinces. The national program covers various categories, including 36,865 public rental units, 36,382 self-construction projects, and 27,440 rural housing grants. Furthermore, the Minister confirmed that 850,000 units have been earmarked in the 2025-2027 finance laws to ensure the full execution of the AADL 3 program, aligning with the state's broader commitment to deliver two million homes by 2029.
