The wilaya of Sétif is accelerating the process of releasing preliminary lists for public rental housing, with 73 new units announced across the municipalities of Tizi N'Bechar, Beni Chiebana, and Ain Legradj. This brings the total to 15 lists released since September, covering over 600 housing units throughout the region. The latest distributions include 30 units in Tizi N'Bechar, 22 in Beni Chiebana, and 21 in Ain Legradj. Following Executive Decree 08-142, citizens who have not been included or wish to contest the results are invited to submit written appeals to the relevant committees within the legal deadlines. These appeals will be reviewed by the wilaya commission to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria before final lists are confirmed. This follows recent allocations in municipalities such as Ouled Saber, Guidjel, Beni Fouda, and Ain Oulmane.
