In a directive issued on September 30, 2026, the port authority instructed shipping agents to stop utilizing manual or alternative procedures for all operations covered by the digital service, in accordance with executive decree 21-147 and Serport Group guidelines. This initiative aims to modernize port operations, minimize paper-based transactions, and enhance information flow among stakeholders. Operators are required to report any technical malfunctions immediately to ensure service continuity and support the ongoing effort toward a seamless digital transformation in port management.
