The Kechida Scientific Leisure Center in Batna has launched the national festival for visual arts and graffiti, attracting young creators from 36 provinces. Running for two days under the theme "From the gleam of November, creativity is born," the event is coordinated by the Youth and Sports Directorate, the Office of Youth Institutions, and the 'Sada' association. Participants are competing through artworks centered on national memory and the future of Algeria. According to officials, the festival serves as a platform for networking and discovering new artistic talent. The program also includes workshops and the creation of murals across various neighborhoods in Batna, with a jury of experts tasked with selecting the most outstanding pieces.
