E-payment expansion: INATEL receives official authorization for TPE installation

INATEL, a public enterprise specializing in electronics and digital solutions and a subsidiary of the ELEC El-Djazaïr group, has been officially certified by the GIE Monétique to install electronic payment terminals (TPE). Based in Tlemcen, the company is now authorized to distribute, set up, and configure these devices, while also providing technical support and training to merchants to facilitate the adoption of digital payments. This initiative aligns with the company's objective to drive national digital transformation. Beyond its domestic operations, INATEL is strengthening its footprint in Africa. Following previous exports to Nigeria, the firm has joined a consortium to develop the 'Kinshasa Kia Mona' project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, focusing on digital and technological integration.
