The National Retirement Fund has introduced the « Ta3aoudi All In One » project, a unified digital counter designed to provide on-site guidance to pensioners and their beneficiaries in navigating digital services. During a national meeting, Director General Hafid Adrar stated that the initiative aims to enhance public service quality by offering personalized support within local agencies. This system helps users access over 19 electronic services with greater autonomy, simplifying procedures, minimizing the need for travel, and reducing congestion at branch offices. Additional digital services are scheduled for release by the end of the year.
