A national anti-organized crime unit in Algeria has dismantled a criminal network involved in a major drug trafficking operation. Authorities seized 2.4 million Pregabalin pills and arrested 15 individuals. Ten of the suspects were brought before the court and ordered to be held in pre-trial detention, while the other five remain at large. The charges filed include illicit drug trafficking, undermining national security, smuggling, and money laundering. The prosecutor's office released the names of the 10 individuals caught in the act during the operation.
